Barcelona has informed Paris St-Germain that they will have to entire world record fee of 222 million Euros before Neymar would be allowed to leave the club.
Neymar was at the training ground of Barcelona on Wednesday alongside his agent and father and it is believed that he told the management of the club that he will be leaving this summer.
The club manager Ernesto Valverde then gave him permission to stay off training so he can sort out his transfer drama.
It is expected that PSG will pay the whole release clause of Neymar and the club has indicated their intention to do so.
This comes just days after news emerged that Barcelona would file a Financial Fair Play report against PSG over the signing of Neymar.
The president of La Liga Javier Tebas has also threatened to take action against PSG if UEFA failed to take another action.
He also revealed that the president of PSG has been informed of the League’s intentions to take legal action.
